A Hospital was in need of daycare space but there was no room inside the building. There was a slopped piece of land on campus that the a building could be constructed and connected to the main campus by corridor.

[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius constructed a foundation for the modular building on the hill and built to meet the specific needs per code. A 1,440 Sq Ft modular building was built delivered and installed on site in approx. 90 days from contract to completion.
