The National Institute of Health, in Bethesda Maryland, required space for a prototype Toshiba CT scanner. The temporary building had strict design guidelines in order to contain the weight of the machine and eliminate vibration.

Modular Genius provided a 630 sqft prefabricated building to house the massive scanner. The unit is divided into three areas, the control room, scan room, and equipment room. The exterior was finished to match the existing buildings.

LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans required an Interprofessional Clinic for the School of Dentistry and Nursing to provide primary and urgent care in a teaching environment to support the local community.

Off-site construction included installation of features inside the modular building such as laminate counter tops, exam room sinks, counters, cabinets, plumbing, electric for dental chairs, and interior finishes such as floor covering and drop ceilings.
