[CHALLENGE]
In a rapidly developing area, Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland needed replace old modular units currently on site in order to improving the learning environment for students and staff. A permanent, cost & time saving solution was required.

[SOLUTION]
After a rigorous interview process, Modular Genius was selected to build two (2) eight (8) classroom modular buildings (each approximately 9,500 sqft) at the Summit Hall Elementary School site. Site installed Nichia siding exterior matched the existing school perfectly, and the Q-Tech Bard HVAC units are highly efficient with low noise perfect for classroom settings.
