[CHALLENGE]
Part of a multi-million dollar development throughout Washington DC, a temporary fire station was needed for up to 5 years. Minimal interference was necessary for traffic and surrounding businesses.

[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a two-story 7,300 sqft temporary fire house with many work areas. A fire pole and equipment storage lockers were moved and reused from an existing station. A kitchen, bunks, fitness room, and locker room provide comforts, while the roll up doors allow room for 3 engines.
