[CHALLENGE] A local fire hall was updating their existing facilities on a US Government site which required a 3,136 Sq Ft sleeping quarters. The building had to be delivered and installed on a small corner not to disrupt the engine garage or traffic.

[SOLUTION] Modular Genius constructed, delivered, and installed the facility in 120 days. The building had sleeping quarters, restrooms, showers, meeting area and kitchen. Work consisted of the building being installed on a foundation, with pre-fabricated aluminum stair towers.
