A non-profit organization, created for the development of affordable housing in the DC area, was in need of a large modular office complex during a relocation project.

[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius provided a 13,680 sqft modular office consisting of 19 units. Many green products were used in the construction of the buildings, and at the end of the relocation the modular building will be recycled and reused to fill other needs.
