In order to efficiently complete the phased renovation required for a county school, a large modular classroom swing space building was required.

[SOLUTION]
Modular Genius constructed a 13,056 square foot modular classroom complex for the project. The size of the modular building required a fire wall be installed for life safety. The project was complete in 150 days from award to occupancy
