A Task Order Contractor working at an US Navy Base needed administrative space to house personal while their permanent MILCON building project was being constructed.

Modular Genius provided (2) NEW 4,320 sq ft clear span modular buildings for the client. The buildings were shells and built our to fit the customer’s specific interior floor plan. The project was completed in 90 days from award to occupancy.
