The Maryland Department of Natural Resources was in need of an office to house the Forestry Services for Somerset County. The office needed to be installed quickly to meet current budget constraints.

[SOLUTION]

Working with local contractors, Modular Genius built and installed a pre-fabricated modular building with a hinge roof on a foundation. The 1,200 square foot modular building project was complete in 120 days.
