Modular Genius just recently completed the eight (8) unit, 4,800 square feet office building at the Northwest Collections Facility, off Reed Bird Avenue in Baltimore. This building is for the Bureau of Solid Waste, and was built in order to relocate the facilities staff.  This building includes open workspaces, a small kitchen, conference room, and four standard offices.

Not only is this an eight unit facillty, but it is also a ‘L’ shaped building, curving around an exisiting building. This was a challenge, yet one that Modular Genius was up for, and completed succesfully.
